West Coast Resorts was founded in 1995 and has developed into BC's most sought after remote angling experience.

With 6 operations located on the Central Coast, Vancouver Island and, of course, the Queen Charlotte Islands, we are known for our excellence, attention to detail and incredible "west coast" service; Qualities we bring to all of our ventures.

West Coast Resorts began as a spark fueled by passion for outdoor adventure, the joy of entertaining close friends, and an obsession with fishing in British Columbia.

These three concepts came to life in 1995 with the opening of our first sport-fishing lodge, The Lodge at Milbanke Sound. Hosting 300 guests that first year laid the foundation for the many extraordinary seasons to come. We have traveled beyond dirt roads, crowds, and our competition for over a decade now, still embracing that same concept of passion, joy and our obsession with fishing.

Who We Are

West Coast Resorts is a full service chain of resorts that caters to the needs of both individuals and corporate groups. Our goal is to become the leading provider of British Columbia fishing adventures, eco-tours, cultural tourism, and adventure travel, both on and off the water.

Guests have the option of choosing from a wide spectrum of resort locations as well as diverse fishing grounds and outdoor experiences. We provide all the essentials - everything from the coat on your back to on-water instruction with expert guides, to sumptuous meals and complimentary wines.

What We Do

We have selected world-class destinations and experiences to entertain our clients. Our locations are quiet, uncrowded, remote and refined. We own and operate 5 different remote fishing lodges: two on the west coast of the Queen Charlotte Islands, two on the central coast of British Columbia and one on Vancouver Island's west side. These fishing lodges offer a full range of sport-fishing opportunities for all ages and skill levels. Guests reel in chinook (king) salmon, coho (silvers), halibut, lingcod and red snapper.
