Our plans are designed exclusively for Fishing Enthusiasts visiting any one of our beautiful West Coast Resorts Lodges. We are sure that will find our offers extremely reasonably priced & finely tailored to YOU. We have provided for Economic Medical, Weather & Mechanical issues, as well as Lost Items & Lost Fishing Time and everything in between!
Our descriptions are short & sweet, we have done our very best to present these plans MINUS THE FINE PRINT.
Finally you can book the date you want in advance, with confidence . No more guessing what next year s economy will bring or delaying the booking decision and perhaps missing out on your selected prime fishing date.
The cost to you, if you take advantage of the trip credit option, is effectively $0. No other program, private or otherwise, offers this much flexibility.
Economic Assurance $300- This plan provides all the features & benefits of the Trip Protection Plan with two significant differences:
- You may cancel your trip up to and including 60 days prior to your scheduled departure you will receive a full refund (less $300 EAP fee) of all monies paid to West Coast Resorts. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
- The best part? Whether you take your trip as planned or require a full refund in 2009, the full cost of the EAP is transferable as a trip credit (on an equal per per son basis) in 2010.
- For many years West Coast Resorts has offered our optional Trip Protection Plan (TPP). Customers who purchase the TPP are given full refunds, up to and including the day of their trip , if cancelled due to medical reasons.
- Trip Cancellation
- Due to medical reasons up to and including the day of trip. (Applicable to the individual who paid for the coverage only)
- Medical Evacuations:
- Air ambulance fees if necessary to the nearest medical facility. Transfer from the Lodge to Vancouver refund of remaining trip purchase price. (Based on the same scale as lost fishing time due to delays)
- Return Home Due to the Critical Injury or Death of an Immediate Family Member :
- Transportation from our Resort to Vancouver the first available commercial flight and a refund of remaining trip purchase price. (Based on the same scale as lost fishing time due to delays)
- Lost Baggage:
- $500 per bag (Applicable to WCR charter flights & Lodge)
- Lost Rod Case:
- $500 (Applicable to WCR charter flights & Lodge)
Missing or Spoiled Fish Replacement:- Resulting from WCR charter flights or our Home Delivery Program The following items are covered when they are experienced as a result of weather/equipment problems affecting a WCR charter flight. Original flights must have been booked within our posted guidelines for domestic and international destinations.
- Airline Change Fees:
- No limit.
- Hotel Charges:
- Based on double occupancy at a participating WCR hotel partner.
- Meal Expenses:
- $65 per day
- Refund for Lost Fishing Time:
- Loss of 1st Day - 25% of purchase price
- Loss of 1st & 2nd Day - 60% of purchase price
- Loss of Trip (Beyond 2nd Day) - 100% of purchase price
PLEASE NOTE THAT IN ORDER TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THESE PLANS, THEY MUST BE PURCHASED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF BOOKING YOUR TRIP.
