What should I bring on my trip?
Warm clothing to wear under your supplied gear while on the water (don't forget socks) Comfortable clothes/shoes for around the lodge. Medications and personal toiletries. Sunglasses and sunscreen. And of course your passport!
What sort of items are available for purchase at the Lodge Store?
Clothing & toiletries (in case you've forgotten anything!), giftware, jewelry, novelties and much more!
How do I get my fish home?
If the amount of fish you have is under the generous weigh restrictions allowed by the aircraft operators, you can bring your catch with you free of charge. Home delivery or delivery after special processing are available options as well [$].
Do I need a Pleasure Craft Operating card to drive a boat at the lodge?
In order to allow guests to operate boats on their own, we provide extensive instruction, training and safety equipment.
How do I go about getting my fishing license?
West Coast Resorts can process the required paperwork and issue you a license [$] upon your check-in at the airport before your trip. For your convenience, you may wish to purchase you license and salmon tag online here: Fisheries & Oceans Canada
Is there a shuttle available to get me to the hotel to airport?
Most hotels in Richmond provide shuttle service between their properties and both airports. Shuttle service between the two airports is sporadic, but taxis are readily available as an alternative.

West Coast Resorts does not take responsibility for extra expenses incurred due to flight delays caused by bad weather or missed connecting flights. We are a small company and are in a remote location. Cancellations affect us significantly and for this reason we uphold a strict cancellation policy. A $1500 deposit is due immediately upon verbal date confirmation. Full payment is required by March 01 for all pre-season bookings. Deposits are non-refundable. Balances are non-refundable. Should you require cancellation insurance, this service is provided by many reputable companies.
